After travelling approximately 30 kilometres past Klong Thom, you will come to a marked turnoff to the right (Route 4206) that will direct you to the Hua Hin Pier. The journey across the ocean is completed in two stages: initially at Koh Lanta Noi, which is the island that is located the furthest from the coast, and then from the other side of Koh Lanta Noi to Koh Lanta Yai.
