2. Khao Soi -Khao Soi is a dish made from flat rice vermicelli noodles that are simmered in a chicken broth until they’re tender and slightly translucent. The soup usually contains egg noodles, shredded chicken, green onions, bean sprouts, and jalapeños – all of which can be customized to your taste preferences.
3. Muu Yaak –Muu Yaak is another popular dish made from rice noodles fried until they achieve a crispy exterior texture. The noodle soup usually contains minced pork or shrimp, onion slices, fresh cilantro leaves, galangal (a gingerlike root), lime juice, fish sauce (or nuoc mam), and chili peppers.
Don’t Rent A Motor Scooter – Unless You Have Experience
Motor scooters are a popular way to get around in Thailand, but unless you have experience riding one, it’s not a great idea to rent one. Scooters are fast and fun, but they’re also easy to lose control of and can be dangerous if you don’t know what you’re doing. If you do decide to rent a motor scooter, make sure to use common sense and take precautions like wearing a helmet and riding with an experienced driver.

Take A Tuk Tuk
Tuk Tuks, or “three-wheelers”, are the perfect way to explore Thailand. They’re cheap, they’re easy to use and they get you around town quickly. Plus, they’re great for getting a sense of the local culture – tuk tuks are all over Thailand, so chances are you’ll find one close to where you’re staying.
Here’s how to use a tuk tuk: Simply flag down a tuk tuk and tell the driver where you want to go. The driver will then take you there for a small fee (usually around 50 baht). Don’t worry about speaking Thai – most drivers speak some English.
